Which appointment should I choose?

If this is your first clinical appointment with Rio Breeze, choose the initial visit. The lower follow-up price applies to patients who have already completed that visit. For multiple concerns, check whether an extended appointment fits your needs.

A stated visit length does not mean every concern can be resolved by video. Your evaluation may lead to testing, an in-person examination or a referral. Ask the practice for help choosing the service before completing payment.

Mental health has a separate price list

A self-pay initial psychiatric evaluation is $200 for 60 minutes. Psychiatric follow-up is $110 for 30 minutes. Individual psychotherapy is $200 for 60 minutes. See mental health services and prices.

Clinical care is self-pay. Eligible mental health patients may use participating insurance through Headway. Coverage, copays and deductibles depend on the specific plan and must be verified before booking. A listed self-pay price is not an estimate of your insurance cost.

Payment and possible outside costs

Self-pay appointments are paid by card when you book. If medication, testing or another outside service is recommended, ask about its separate cost. Do not assume those charges are included in the appointment price.

Cancellation and missed appointments

For self-pay appointments, cancellations more than 24 hours in advance carry a $40 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and missed appointments forfeit the amount paid. Read the full terms presented when booking.
